NAMA Tires is expanding its Cambodia-made passenger car radial tire portfolio for the U.S. market with the launch of two 3PMSF-marked all-weather products covering passenger and light-commercial vehicle applications.

The new lineup comprises the NAS768 for passenger cars, SUVs and MPVs and the ASV34 for vans and light trucks. Both products meet severe snow service performance requirements and carry the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol.

NAMA said the expansion responds to growing demand from U.S. distributors and wholesalers for year-round tire solutions that balance performance in dry, wet and winter conditions.

The NAS768 is available in sizes for 13- through 20-inch rim diameters. Its directional tread pattern, multidimensional sipe system and reinforced tread-block structure are designed to deliver balanced wet and dry handling, snow and ice traction, reduced road noise and extended tread life.

The ASV34 covers 14- through 17-inch rim diameters and is designed for vans and light trucks. Its reinforced tread and shoulder construction are engineered to provide durability, load-carrying capability, treadwear performance and year-round traction for light-commercial applications.

Together, the NAS768 and ASV34 give U.S. distributors and wholesalers a focused all-weather portfolio spanning passenger vehicles, SUVs, MPVs, vans and light trucks.

The products are manufactured at NAMA’s Industry 4.0 passenger tire facility in Cambodia. The plant incorporates automated production systems, intelligent logistics and advanced manufacturing equipment to support consistent product quality and scalable supply.

The first phase of the facility has an annual PCR production capacity of 13.5 million tires. A second phase is planned to add another 6.5 million units, bringing the plant’s total planned annual capacity to 20 million tires.

Founded in 1999, NAMA supplies customers in more than 50 countries through a diversified manufacturing network spanning China, Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia.

The company’s product development portfolio includes more than 800 tire molds, supported by an investment of more than $8 million in mold development. NAMA said the investment enables it to offer a broad product portfolio and respond more flexibly to the requirements of different markets.

With the addition of the NAS768 and ASV34, NAMA is strengthening its Cambodia-made PCR offering for the U.S. market while providing distributors with an additional sourcing option backed by expanded manufacturing capacity and long-term supply capabilities.
